Our Founder

Background & Early Life: Born in the small village of Ramkapur, Cuttack, Odisha—Rajkumar grew up in a humble farming family. Inspired by the rich culture of Cuttack, he learned the values of hard work, honesty, and perseverance early in life.

Struggles & Turning Point: In his final year of engineering, Rajkumar left Odisha with only ₹1000 and no support, heading to Mumbai without a ticket. After six days of hardship, he secured a job at Volkswagen, Nerul. He spent 3 years in Mumbai learning independence and professionalism.

Career Choices: After recovering from health issues and clearing the Railway Loco Pilot exam, Rajkumar faced a difficult choice—between a government job and a creative career. He chose passion and joined NASCENCE Architects as Project Manager in 2018.

Entrepreneurial Journey: In 2022, he founded AR BRIGHT, which later evolved into EAZYEAARTH Earthing and Lightning Solutions to reflect innovation. In 2024, he partnered with Ar. Suman Mishra, marking the start of a new chapter.

Skills & Interests: Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems, Project & Team Management, Architectural Design, Acting & Dance.
